Two nurse practitioners, one connected practice
Kristina Schafer, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-C, is the Adult Nurse Practitioner behind Riverstone's Primary care in Easley, SC. With 13 years of nursing experience and 5 years practicing in internal medicine, Kristina is board-certified in Adult and Gerontology Primary Care by the AANP. She leads the Direct Primary Care program, women's health, weight management, vitamin injections, and the Emsella and Emtone wellness offerings, with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and whole-person care.
Christina Holliday, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-C, is the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who built Riverstone's mental health program. With 15 years of nursing experience across diverse clinical settings and 3 years as a psychiatric NP, Christina is board-certified in Psychiatric Mental Health by the AANP. She treats depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders for ages 5 and up, and she offers TMS therapy with Exomind in Easley, SC for patients who need more than medication alone. As a child and adolescent psychiatry in Easley, SC, Christina works to keep new pediatric patient appointments available within 48 to 72 business hours.
Together, Kristina and Christina built Riverstone so patients never have to choose between physical and mental health, and they never feel rushed through a 10-minute visit again.
